Maintaining New Year’s Resolutions

Around the holiday season, many people start thinking about how to improve themselves, like improving their diet or exercise regimen, or performing better in school. With the next year coming up, people start making New Year’s resolutions like these, but often cannot maintain that change throughout the year. Many studies have been conducted on how good habits can best be formed and kept up, and they can be used to inform people who are about to make a change in their lives the coming January.
